Privacy Policy

This policy describes how PHENO CORP (trading as Pheno First Print) collects and processes your personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French “Informatique et Libertés” Act.

Data collected

Identity and contact details (name, address, email, phone), order and delivery information, and order history. Payment data (card numbers) is processed directly by our provider Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

Purposes and legal basis

Processing and tracking of orders and deliveries (performance of the contract); invoicing and accounting obligations (legal obligation); customer support; and, where applicable, marketing communications (consent). You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Recipients and processors

Your data is shared only with the providers needed to fulfil your order: Stripe (payment), Boxtal and its carriers (shipping), Brevo (transactional and marketing emails), Vercel and Railway (hosting), and Cloudflare (media delivery). Some of these providers may be located outside the European Union, in which case transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

Retention

Account and order data are kept for the duration of the customer relationship and then archived to meet legal obligations (in particular accounting records are kept for 10 years). Marketing-consent data is kept for up to 3 years after the last contact.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, email contact@phenofirstprint.com. You can also delete your account directly from your account page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL, www.cnil.fr).
