About Pheno First Print

Pheno First Print is a premium concept store for limited-edition Korean Manhwa, collector box sets, first printings and special editions, with their exclusive goods. We focus on a tightly curated catalogue rather than an endless shelf.

Why this shop exists

We have been reading Manhwa digitally for years, and collecting the series we love on paper whenever we could. This shop grew out of that — out of our own collecting, and out of everything that made it difficult.

Original Korean editions are hard to find in Europe. First printings and limited editions, with the bonuses that shipped alongside them, are harder still. And when you do find one, it usually means paying a premium, waiting several weeks, hoping the parcel survives the journey, and then discovering customs fees on arrival that nobody mentioned when you ordered.

So we built the shop we wanted as collectors. Everything listed is already in Europe, in our hands, never a pre-order against a parcel that has not left Korea. Orders arrive in days rather than weeks, and because the books have already cleared customs, the price you see is the price you pay: nothing is added on delivery. Every item is checked before it is listed, and on the rare copy that did not survive transit intact, the defect is photographed and priced in rather than hidden.
